Overview: 

JRD-150 is medium fat content of calcium soap products, suit total compression ratio below 75%, single-pass compression rate does not exceed 22% of the wire drawing process, mainly for cold heading steel, spring steel wire, steel wire rope drawing.

Softening point: 140-190 ℃              Water content: 0.4-1.5% 

Decomposition temperature: 380-440 ℃    Size: medium particles

Application: 

For phosphate, boron coating processing, mainly use in front passes of the drawing, or you can use in all passes, can make coating thicker, the speed when drawing big size wire can reach 180-360m/min, when drawing small size wire can reach 360-600m/min.
