Overview: 

RD-390 is composed of calcium stearate and sodium stearate and a variety of extreme pressure, anti-wear agents, additives synthesized by a special process, mainly for gas shielded welding wire, spring steel wire, prestressed steel wire, steel pipe piles, tire edge wire, wire rope pulling. 

Performance: 

Fatty acid content: 47%-55%   Color: gray white 

Softening point: 140-220 ℃   Water content: 0.4-1% 

Decomposition temperature: 380-480 ℃  Size: medium particles

Application: 

For phosphate, boron-coated treatment, no pickling steel, mainly used in front passes of drawing, or you can all use, make coating thick , when it is using sodium-based lubricant later passes, the speed of the thick size drawing is 180-480m/min. When used for prestressed wire drawing, mainly used in the first few passes. When it is small size wire drawing the speed is 360-720m/min. After dry drawing, let the wire goes through water tank can improve the steel quality and reduce the mold consumption.
