Overview:

JRD-510 lubricant is made by fatty acid calcium with the reaction of varieties of extreme pressure agents, with high softening point and anti-scratch ability, with better drawing effects in stainless steel wire, prestressed steel wire, spring steel wire.

Application: 

In the drawing of stainless steel, the pre-treatment coating can use non-reactive and reactive coating and can be used in 1 to 7 passes, after drawing surface is shiny black, not easy to clean. Under no pressure dies and coating auxiliary equipment, drawing speed is less than 260m/min, when conditions reached, the speed can be about 380m/min. In the spring wire drawing, it can be used for the bad surface condition wire or machinery shelled wire.
