Overview: 

JRD-230 lubricant is composed of fatty acid calcium and extreme pressure agent, antiwear agents, mainly used in spring steel wire, wire rope drawing. 

Performance: 

Fatty acid content: 46%-52%            Color: gray black 

Softening point: 180-210 ℃            Water content: 0.4%-1% 

Decomposition temperature: 310-440 ℃  Size: medium particles

Application: 

For phosphate, boron-coated treatment, no pickling steel, mainly used in front passes of the drawing, or in all passes, make coating thicker. Later passes use the calcium or sodium-based lubricant, when drawing the thick size the speed is of 180-450m/min. When small size wire drawing speed can be of 360-720m/min.
